Processing and redistribution of donations received by VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity
Created in 2018, the VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity endowment fund aims to support public-interest initiatives supported or initiated by VINCI Energies SA.
To this end, it receives and manages, by capitalising on them, assets and rights of any kind that are transferred to it free of charge and irrevocably, with a view to redistributing the income to any organisation or action in the public interest.
In order to ensure better traceability of donations from actions carried out by VINCI Energies SA, its entities and its employees, your donation will be paid into the bank account of the VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity endowment fund. Your donation will then be paid in full to the legal entity in charge of the fundraising campaign you have chosen to support.
The authorisation to appeal to public generosity was issued on 11 December 2023 by the Hauts-de-Seine Prefecture. (prefectorial decree DCL / BRGE n°2023-327)

Personal data
Personal data may be collected when you browse our website. This data will be processed by the VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity endowment fund, Data Controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the "GDPR").
Donation
The Site collects personal data as part of the donation process.
The mandatory or optional nature of the personal data to be provided is indicated by an asterisk. Filling in all the required fields is necessary to make a donation. The information collected on the donation form is recorded in a computerised file by VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity, located at 2169, boulevard de la Défense – 92 000 NANTERRE, the Data Controller in order to enable the donation to be made and the corresponding tax receipt to be sent to the donor.
In accordance with Article 6 1.f) of the GDPR, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in ensuring the traceability of the donations it received and to enable the donors to exercise their right to tax reduction.
The data collected is as follows: surname, first name, title, email address, postal address, bank details.
Information relating to the employing company may also be collected in the event of a donation made on behalf of the latter. (company name, legal form, identification number, postal address)
The data collected in the context of the above-mentioned processing operations will be disclosed to the following recipients: VINCI Energies SA and iRaiser, Processors, and Amazon Web Services EMEA Sarl and Ingenico ePayment, subsequent Processors of VINCI Energies Mécénat Charity within the meaning of the GDPR.
The data will be kept for a retention period of 10 years to meet the legal obligations to keep accounting documents.
You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.
